Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a dedicated and efficient Food Service Leader (FSL) to manage all aspects of the food service and beverage operation in compliance with Royal Farms guidelines. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; strong leadership skills; effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; supervisory and organizational skills; 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; high school diploma or GED; basic business math and accounting skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certified or ability to become certified within 6 months; capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs; able to lift, bend, and stand for up to eight hours per day
