Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Naya is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of its staff to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Key responsibilities include managing daily cook responsibilities, ensuring recipe and procedure adherence, implementing safety measures, and collaborating with management on various operational activities.
Requirements: Ideal candidate holds NY Department of Health & Mental Hygiene Food Protection Certificate and possesses at least 1 year of previous work experience in similar environments; ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English, perform basic mathematical operations, lift up to 60 pounds, work in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, work variable schedules, and demonstrate positive leadership characteristics. Must be fully vaccinated against covid-19.
