Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Colorado Early Colleges is seeking a Kitchen Manager to supervise and coordinate food services in alignment with the National School Lunch Program, ensuring proper nutrition and health standards are met for students, staff, and visitors. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with staff and administration to maintain USDA child nutrition program requirements and create meals from scratch.
Requirements: High school or GED certificate preferred; 1-2 years of food management experience in a food production operation or commercial kitchen preferred; Must hold/obtain a valid/current food handlers permit; Ability to maintain accurate records/reports; Ability to relate well to students and staff; Attendance and punctuality are important
