Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role; Strong leadership and supervisory skills; Excellent organizational and planning skills; Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and ability to learn other cloud-based programs like Slack, Margin Edge, and 7Shifts; Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff and management; High school diploma or equivalent, with a culinary or hospitality management degree preferred.
