Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Landry’s, LLC is hiring a Kitchen Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Kitchen Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, managing back-of-house staff, budget planning, inventory management, and maintaining sanitation procedures. Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
Requirements: At least 2 years of Kitchen Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment; Strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations including staff supervision, inventory controls, and food/labor cost; Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; Stable and progressive work history; Graduate of an accredited culinary program is a plus
