Requirements: 21+ years of age; 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience; Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team for exceptional guest experiences; Proven kitchen management experience; Strong business acumen; Availability for weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
