Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant; deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines; strong leadership and management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment; attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence; familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
