Position: Kitchen Manager job

The Kitchen Manager position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of food preparation and storage areas, overseeing the daily meals served to shelter guests, and maintaining compliance with food safety guidelines and regulations set by the Department of Public Health.
Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent in culinary arts or related field; 1-2 years of restaurant-related and/or food service experience; demonstrated ability to operate an efficient kitchen under stressful time constraints; ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients; proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office software, spreadsheet/database management; strong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
