Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience; Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Leadership Skills to rally the team during busy shifts, resolve conflicts, and ensure task completion; Reliable transportation and punctuality; Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings; Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ServeSafe Certification; High school diploma or GED preferred; Multi-tasking ability; Safety-minded; Team player
