Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL is responsible for ensuring compliance with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory food service specifications, leading and training the food service team, managing inventory and supplies, and achieving food and beverage performance goals while providing a safe and inviting food service environment for customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months; able to lift and carry 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
