Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL will ensure the efficient implementation of food service programs in compliance with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory specifications, while leading and training the food service team. Responsibilities include inventory management, ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and meeting performance and profit goals. The FSL plays a crucial role in providing a safe, sanitary, and customer-friendly food service environment, aiming for operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hiring; capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs; proficient in basic business math, accounting, and computer skills
