Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: TGI Fridays, a well-known restaurant chain, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee and optimize all kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality food production, service speed, and guest satisfaction at their Las Vegas location.
Requirements: College coursework with Bachelors Degree preferred; Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred; Prior experience in purchasing and production; Previous kitchen experience preferred; Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift; Frequent bending and stooping required; Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; Must be able to read and write English; Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
Benefits: Base Wage Minimum: $48,000, Base Wage Maximum: $80,000
