Requirements: 3-5 years of BOH management experience; Management experience in a full-service restaurant or bar; Experience running operations of at least 3 million per year; Ability to lead and motivate a team; Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.); Ensure every guest has the complete Louie experience; Create a fun and rewarding atmosphere for all employees; Dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry
