Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Managing a restaurant environment by ensuring prompt and friendly service, directing overall activities, and maintaining company standards. Responsible for associate performance management, quality recruitment, training procedures, and compliance with policies. Controls costs, assets, and ensures legal compliance. Develops managers, promotes teamwork, and personal/professional growth. Adheres to physical requirements including working in kitchen/service areas and lifting up to 40 pounds when needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong leadership and management skills; experience in the restaurant industry preferred; knowledge of company policies and procedures; ability to manage costs, assets, and compliance effectively
