Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: TGI Fridays, a well-known restaurant chain located at 1105 E Oak St, Conway, AR – 72032, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to effectively supervise and manage all kitchen operations, optimize profits, control food costs, production, and labor, increase sales through food quality, and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred; prior experience in purchasing and production; previous kitchen experience preferred; must be able to walk and stand during entire shift; frequent bending and stooping required; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; must be able to read and write English; must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
