Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: TGI Fridays, located at 3301 STREET RD in Bensalem, PA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. The Kitchen Manager will play a crucial role in leading the kitchen staff in delivering exceptional service and upholding TGI Fridays’ values and standards.
Requirements: College coursework with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred; prior experience in purchasing and production; previous kitchen experience preferred; must be able to walk and stand during the entire shift; frequent bending and stooping required; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; must be able to read and write English; must be able to hear well amidst loud background noise
