Position: Kitchen Manager job

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant’s back-of-house, ensuring high-quality food production and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements: At least two years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant; demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams of 15+ members; experience in managing restaurant operations including food waste, cost, labor, and P&L reporting; ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and a drive for efficiency and accuracy; strong communication skills; must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US; ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift; open availability including nights and weekends; current Food Handlers Certification
