Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: TGI Fridays Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee and optimize kitchen operations, ensuring profitability through efficient control of food costs, production, and labor while enhancing sales through food quality and service speed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards, cleanliness, and product quality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest experiences at all times.
Requirements: College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred; Prior experience in purchasing and production; Previous kitchen experience preferred; Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift; Frequent bending and stooping required; Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; Must be able to read and write English; Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
Benefits: Competitive base wage ranging from $48,000 to $80,000
