Position: Kitchen Manager job

Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter with at least 3 years in a management/supervisor role; Culinary degree strongly preferred; Excellent leadership skills; Proficiency in various restaurant functions and kitchen equipment; Active Serve Safe Manager certificate; Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse staff; Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendar); Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods
