Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: The restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the kitchen operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations for a restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred; valid driver’s license required; NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred; 2 years previous restaurant management experience preferred; superior people management skills, communication, and listening skills required; self-motivated and detail-oriented; passion for the brand and for teaching others; ability to quickly grasp and retain new ideas and concepts required; effective communication skills with team members, guests, vendors, etc. required; time management and organizational skills required; flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours or adjustments based on company and business needs
