Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager/Food Service Leader to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operations. The Food Service Leader (FSL) is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of food service programs in alignment with Royal Farms standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves training, coaching, and leading the food service team, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. The FSL must drive performance goals and uphold a safe, sanitary, and customer-centric food service environment while striving for operational excellence at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certification or obtain within 6 months; capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs; proficient in basic business math and computer skills
