Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: The Kitchen Manager role at Cinemark involves running the busy back of house operations located at the restaurant within the theatre. As the leaders of the kitchen, Kitchen Managers are responsible for maintaining pristine operating conditions, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring financial success. Cinemark is looking for leaders who motivate kitchen staff and drive operational excellence.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred; Minimum of 2-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred; Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program; Completes basic food handling training and obtains any required certification; Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
