About: IHOP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the preparation and cooking of food products with precision and efficiency. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for maintaining IHOP’s specialized galley terminology, plating, menu standards, and cleanliness in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a high level of service to guests in a pleasant atmosphere. This role involves hands-on involvement in all aspects of kitchen operations as directed by the managing MOD, Assistant Manager, or General Manager.

Requirements: Prior experience or training desired; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in reading and following instructions; basic mathematical skills for measurements and cash handling; reasoning ability to understand and execute tasks; ability to stay composed under pressure and complete assigned training coursework
