Position: Kitchen Manager job

Requirements: 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen within a full-service restaurant environment; scratch kitchen experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, understand, and communicate in English; financial acumen; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; preferred certifications in ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; capable of standing for at least 10 hours per shift; willingness to work 50-60 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
