Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Hillstone is seeking a Culinary Manager to join their dynamic team. The role involves maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, and providing training and support to culinary professionals. Newly selected managers will receive 8 weeks of rotational training on-site. Salary range: $90,000-$110,000.
Requirements: Proven experience in hospitality or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment; strong leadership skills to motivate a diverse team; in-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations; excellent organizational and time management skills; solid understanding of financial management principles; effective communication skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
