Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL is responsible for ensuring compliance with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory food service specifications, as well as leading and training the food service team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food service management; strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills; knowledge of food safety regulations; ability to analyze results and drive food service profitability
