Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: TGI Fridays is looking for a Kitchen Manager to effectively supervise and manage all kitchen operations, optimizing profits by controlling food costs, production, and labor while increasing sales through food quality and speed of service in South Gate, CA. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for maintaining standards, product quality, cleanliness, and interacting with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience at TGI Fridays.
Requirements: College coursework with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred; prior experience in purchasing and production; previous kitchen experience preferred; must be able to walk and stand during entire shift; frequent bending and stooping required; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; must be able to read and write English; must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
