Position: Kitchen Manager job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to carry out requests and orders efficiently; proficiency in executing various kitchen positions and overseeing menu production; strong understanding of work safety and emergency procedures; familiarity with standard recipe cards and plating guides; good math and English skills for communication and inventory purposes; ability to ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to Health Department Guidelines
