Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: A restaurant in need of a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen functions, including food purchasing, preparation, quality standards, sanitation, scheduling, training of employees, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in Miami.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter; ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel, and guests; capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds; able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
