About: Bar Louie is seeking a talented Kitchen Manager to join their family. The Kitchen Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and delivery of top-notch culinary experiences to guests.
Requirements: 3-5 years of BOH Management Experience; Management experience must be in a full-service restaurant or bar; Experience running operations that are at least 3 million per year; Ability to lead and motivate a team; Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc); Ensures every guest has the complete Louie experience; Creates a fun and rewarding atmosphere for all employees; Dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry
