Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Urban Air Fort Collins, a leading indoor adventure park located in Fort Collins, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the operations of the Urban Air Café and ensure the highest levels of performance from the team members. This hands-on role involves working in the kitchen and service area, preparing and serving food with efficiency and a guest-centric approach.
Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two (2) years’ previous F&B experience (quick service and/or restaurant experience); 1-3 years’ management experience in the hospitality field preferred; must have a current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or be willing to attain within the first 30 days of employment
