Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Quaker Steak & Lube, a high-volume restaurant known for its unique automotive-themed decor and delicious food, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead all kitchen functions. The primary focus is on inventory control, purchasing, personnel supervision, staff development, and food production.
Requirements: 2-4 years of experience preferred in a high-volume restaurant; full-time availability up to 50 hours per week; flexible schedule; strong inventory and ordering knowledge; understanding of financial controls; experience in training, coaching, and developing new hires; ability to write schedules based on business needs; capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing/walking up to ten hours; must have a current and valid driver’s license with insurance; proficient in computer operation
