Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree and one year of management/supervisory experience OR 5 years of Food Service Supervisory Experience; 3-5 years in institutional food preparation and technical training preferred; ServSafe credentials required; Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching; Ability to lift 40 pounds or assess the lift load for necessary assistance
