Requirements: Relevant experience or training in culinary arts; minimum 3 years of culinary managerial experience; 3 years experience with P&L responsibility; experience with Restaurant 365; ServSafe certification highly desirable; 2 years of vegan or vegetarian cuisine experience; up-to-date with culinary trends and vegan/vegetarian preparation
