Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Berry Fresh Kitchen Managers enthusiastically lead and motivate the Back of House staff to ensure the highest quality food is used and served in all guest meals at the Berry Fresh Cafe.
Requirements: 2-4 years restaurant kitchen experience; has held responsible positions of Prep or Line Cook; ability to train, guide and lead staff; ability to work flexible hours; good problem-solving techniques; good interpersonal skills, works well with a team; good organization and time management skills; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
