About: Landry’s, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join their team. The position involves overseeing back-of-house operations in a high-volume dining establishment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Requirements: At least 2 years of Kitchen Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment; Strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, food/labor costs, and product quality; Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic; Graduation from an accredited culinary program is a plus
