Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Texas Roadhouse, a people-first company known for serving steaks with Legendary Food and Legendary Service, is seeking a passionate Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food products according to established recipes and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen management role preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations; ability to lead and supervise a team effectively; excellent communication and organizational skills
