Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Cinemark USA, Inc. is looking for a Kitchen Manager to run the busy back-of-house operations located in the restaurant within their theatre. As the leaders of the kitchen, Kitchen Managers are responsible for overseeing kitchen operations in a multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, ensuring food safety, managing inventory, scheduling tasks, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. They play a key role in driving financial success and providing exceptional dining experiences to guests. This position requires flexibility in working hours, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding company standards and protocols.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred; Minimum of 2-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred; Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program; Basic food handling training and any required certifications; Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Energetic and friendly attitude with excellent guest service skills; Ability to operate kitchen machinery and handle cash accurately; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
