About: Burger Lounge, a fast-casual restaurant chain focused on quality ingredients and unique dining experiences, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their Back of House team in Los Angeles.
Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience; ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; leadership skills to rally the team, resolve conflicts, and ensure tasks are completed; reliable transportation and punctuality; flexibility to work weekends and evenings; professional communication and interpersonal skills; ServSafe Certification; high school diploma or GED preferred
