Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent education; proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills; restaurant management experience preferred; proficient in basic computer skills; passion for leading and developing people; effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills; ability to prioritize multiple situations; possess business acumen
