Position: Kitchen Manager job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to work in the US; at least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant; demonstrated ability to effectively manage and develop teams of over 15 members; expertise in restaurant operations management, including food waste and cost reporting, labor, and profit and loss; ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and a drive for efficiency and accuracy; professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures; effective verbal and written communication skills; strong team player
