Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL will be responsible for executing food service programs in line with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory specifications, leading and training the food service team, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring equipment maintenance and cleanliness to meet performance and profit targets while providing a safe and appealing food service environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food service management; strong leadership and coaching skills; exceptional knowledge of food safety and quality standards; ability to analyze performance metrics and develop action plans; familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes
