Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: The Kitchen Manager is the heart of the operations at Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment, responsible for maintaining the kitchen in pristine conditions, leading a team of back-of-house employees, and ensuring financial success. This role involves managing costs, creating a safe environment, and driving profitability in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment setting.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience; Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; Proven experience in kitchen management; Strong business acumen; The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
