About: At Ruby Slipper & Ruby Sunshine, located at the intersection of culture, community, cravings, and cocktails, we are passionate about brunch. With a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience, we are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our growing brunch-only concept restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 years of FOH and BOH operations experience; minimum 1-2 years in a similar role; ability to fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards; strong leadership skills; excellent communication skills; commitment to team development
