Ruby Slipper & Ruby Sunshine, known for their deep love for brunch, are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee their growing brunch-only concept restaurant.
Requirements: An experienced Kitchen Manager excited about running a brunch-only concept restaurant; at least 3 years of FOH and BOH operations experience; minimum 1-2 years in a similar role; ability to fill in where needed, train staff effectively, and ensure exceptional guest experiences; proven passion in hospitality and solid leadership skills; clear communication skills both verbally and in writing; commitment to team development
