Position: Kitchen Manager – Hatch inside OKC Airport

Requirements: 3-5 years of experience managing back-of-house operations in a restaurant or production kitchen environment; current ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification and TIPS Certification within six months of hire/promotion; ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions; standing for long periods; Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable; proficiency in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, and more; willingness to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment; proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics
