Position: Kitchen Manager Hallandale
About: Flanigan’s, a renowned restaurant, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Managers to lead the BOH team in various kitchen operations, including ordering, prep, service, cleaning, and closing. The ideal candidates should be passionate about cooking, able to pitch in and delegate tasks effectively, and willing to work in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; must have flexibility for scheduling as the restaurant is open 365 days per year; must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location; able to work 5-day work week totaling 50-55 hours; must understand, comply, and facilitate Florida State health code standards; must be adept at ordering and formulating pars; must issue written evaluations for performances; must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in the kitchen environment; must have the coordination necessary to operate kitchen equipment; must adhere to kitchen policies for dress and grooming; must be proficient at all kitchen stations including expo
