As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the back-of-house operations in the restaurant within the theatre, ensuring excellence in culinary operations and financial success.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred; Minimum of 2-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred; Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core) within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program; Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required; Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift; Excellent Guest service skills; Ability to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.; Interpersonal communication skills in English; Ability to work in a team environment and independently; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Must be able to recruit, train, and lead others; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
