Position: Kitchen Manager for Retreat Center On-Site in Federal Way, WA
About: The Palisades Retreat & Faith Formation Center in Federal Way, WA is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Coordinator to join their team. The Kitchen Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager and staff members to oversee meal planning and preparation in a warm and inviting environment.
Requirements: Associate’s degree (AA), culinary degree, or equivalent from college or technical school; 8 years related experience in a full-service restaurant/hotel fine dining establishment preferred; demonstrated competency in basic and advanced cooking methods; ability to operate commercial food service equipment and tools safely; working knowledge of high-volume food preparation and safe handling techniques; ability to communicate effectively in English
