Position: Kitchen Manager Deerfield Beach
About: Flanigan’s, a renowned restaurant chain, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Managers to lead their Back of House (BOH) teams through all aspects of kitchen operations. This role involves overseeing ordering, receiving, food preparation, service, cleaning, and closing tasks.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; demonstrate an ownership mentality; possess flexibility for scheduling including weekends and holidays; willing to transfer to different locations; able to work a 5-day week with 50-55 hours; understand and comply with Florida State health code standards; proficient in kitchen operations and equipment usage; lift up to 50 lbs; stand and move about for extended periods; adhere to dress code and grooming standards; able to operate all kitchen stations effectively
